London-based management consultancy firm, GRAPH Strategy, has completed a comprehensive commercial due diligence project to support a substantial investment into ESG real-estate consultancy, Evora Global.

GRAPH was appointed by Bridges Fund Management, Farview Equity Partners and MSCI to complete a detailed assessment of Evora’s position and the growth potential of its core markets.

Founded in 2011, Evora provides solutions to help real estate companies with their ESG strategies, sustainable finance and climate risk management and disclosure, both through advisory services and use of its software, SIERA, which holds ESG data for over 8,000 major buildings globally.

The investment will see Evora Global expand its offering to support clients globally. It will also develop its technology platform to maximise the value of its ESG and climate solutions for the real asset investment community.

GRAPH was approached by Bridges after delivering multiple commercial due diligence projects in the built environment in recent years, including supporting LDC’s investment in BCIS earlier in 2022.

James Tetherton, Senior Partner at GRAPH Strategy said:

“We’re thrilled to have supported Bridges in their investment into Evora Global, adding another innovative deal to our built environment portfolio this year. The role of ESG across real estate is accelerating at a rapid pace, creating exciting opportunities for investors.”

Emma Thorne, Partner at Bridges Fund Management commented:

“GRAPH’s support was very valuable throughout the CDD process. They were highly responsive to the particular needs and questions we had, and their knowledge of the ESG/built environment markets, plus their transatlantic presence, was invaluable.”
